Traditionally, combat sports were often considered male-dominated, but in recent years, the presence and influence of women in BJJ have shattered these stereotypes. Women are not just participating; they're excelling, proving that dedication and passion know no gender. Grading in BJJ provides a platform for women to showcase their skills and defy preconceived notions about their abilities.
The grading system in BJJ ensures that women's progress and skills are acknowledged and celebrated. It's a validation of their hard work, dedication, and perseverance on the mats. Achieving a higher belt rank is a testament to their expertise and a proud moment that serves as motivation to continue honing their skills.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is more than just a martial art
it's a way of life, a journey of continuous learning and self-improvement. Central to this journey are the gradings, a system of evaluating and acknowledging an individual's progress and proficiency within the art. BJJ gradings play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of practitioners, offering several significant benefits and fostering a sense of community, achievement, and personal growth.

5 divs 5 Gold
Today we attended Savage Grappling with Ella, Jax and Tye who all won Gold in their divisions. Ella showed a huge disparity in skills between her and her opponent (who used to be hard to beat) Ella easily dominated the fight today.
Jax and Tye levelled up and are now taking their wins seriously, Professor Jihad Bekai was very impressed with the skills they displayed.
Thank you Brendan, Kayla, Seandra and all who support G-Force!
