And thank you for joining G-Force! There are a few things we’re going to need from you :)

Please Respect our Rules:

1. Shoes must be off before stepping on the Mats
2. Shoes must be on when stepping off the Mats
3. No parents walking onto the Mats during classes
4. No disrupting classes (talking during class or attending with crying child etc)
5. No food or drinks allowed. (unless purchased from the G-Force café)
6. No chewing gum allowed. 
7. No toys allowed. 
   
8. No pens/pencils or markers that will damage G-Force property. 

In order for coaches and children to concentrate and be free from distractions we recommend that children are dropped off and picked up after class or that parents remain quiet.

2. All classes require registration before arriving so that instructors know which students are coming. View upcoming classes, their availability and secure your spot in real time.

Belts are to be tied correctly before class (check YouTube on how to tie the belt)
No chewing gum or lollies allowed in the venue
Club uniforms are required in all classes.
